國際博協培訓中心2019年秋季班圓滿結束

  2019年11月5日至14日,國際博協培訓中心2019年秋季培訓班在宜興市博物館成功舉辦。這是培訓中心舉辦的第十三期常規培訓班,共招收31名學員。其中,中國學員16名,來自10個省市16家機構;國際學員15名,來自亞非拉歐14個國家。


  The ICOM-ITC November 2019 Training Workshop was successfully held at Yixing Museum from November 5 to 14. As the 13th regular workshop organized by ICOM-ITC, it recruited 31 participants, including 16 Chinese participants from 16 institutions in 10 provinces and 15 international participants from 14 countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe.

  圍繞培訓主題“營造博物館學習環境:開發相關公眾項目”,8位中外專家結合工作實踐,從博物館教育的目標與挑戰、教育項目評估、博物館教育中的科技運用、資源分享和社區合作等多個方面展開課程。課程內容豐富實用,理論實踐并重,不僅探討了學員們普遍關心的問題和難題,也拓寬了大家對博物館教育的認知和理解。


  Centering on the theme “Museums as learning environments: Developing relevant public programs”, eight Chinese and international experts delivered lectures on various topics, including goals and challenges of museum education, evaluation of education programs , the use of technology in museum education, resource sharing and community collaboration based on their practices and experiences. These lectures emphasized on both theory and practice, which not only discuss the common concerns but also broaden participants’ cognition and understanding of museum education.



        

 



                                  





專家授課


  集中授課以外,培訓班還設置多個互動環節,鼓勵學員主動分享、發現和展示。分享環節,多位學員帶來本館教育手冊、工具包、教具等,介紹其最有代表性或最成功的教育案例。這些各具特色、創意滿滿的資料還成為課余討論與交流的焦點。它們雖由各國不同的語言文字寫成,但其中的教育理念和方法是相通的。大家饒有興致地翻看、端詳,向分享人請教活動細節,不時發出“哦!”的感嘆聲。


  In addition to the lectures, the workshop also had multiple interactive sessions to encourage participants to share, discover and present actively. In the Show and Tell session, participants from different museums showed their brochures, tool kits and teaching aids to introduce their most representative or successful educational cases. These distinctive and innovative materials attracted everyone’s attention. Even though they were written in different language, the educational theories and methods were inner-connected. Everyone showed great interest, discussed on details and gasped with admiration from time to time.



 


學員展示交流


  “藏品閱讀”課鼓勵學員主動發現藏品背后的故事。這是培訓班的保留課程,每次都以疑問和好奇開頭,以創意和歡樂結尾。課程選用了6件藏品,均為宜興市博物館收藏的珍貴文物。學員們自行選擇感興趣的文物,據此分為小組來挖掘藏品信息,再通過小品劇等形式將這些信息講述出來。學員們就地取材,用彩紙和膠帶做出了衣服、帽子,用彩筆畫出各種圖案,通過角色扮演和故事講述將藏品背后的故事娓娓道來。授課專家只介紹課程意義和目的,閱讀與展示等全部由學員獨立完成。


  The “Reading Artifacts” session encouraged participants to explore hidden stories of artifacts. As a classic lecture of the workshop, it always begins with questions and curiosity and ends with creativity and joy. The six artifacts selected for this session are all precious cultural relics collected in Yixing Museum. Participants chose the artifact that interested them the most and were divided into six separate groups accordingly. After exploration and discussion, they recounted the stories behind these artifacts in active forms. Participants wore the clothes and hats, which were made of colorful papers and tapes and decorated by crayons, to perform the stories by role-playing or story-telling. The experts only introduced the meaning and purpose of the session. In other words, all the readings and presentations were completed by the participants themselves.



 

“藏品閱讀”課


  除了探討博物館教育,培訓班還關注學員展示匯報技能的提高,從規劃構思、整體結構、幻燈片設計、觀點陳述、時間把控等方面講述何為好的匯報。匯報在精,不在多,觀點清晰、邏輯連貫的匯報更容易被記住。理論講授之后,學員們分為中外兩組進行隨堂練習和展示,活學活用,剛剛掌握的技巧立刻就能派上用場。


  The workshop not only discussed museum education, but also focused on the participants’ presentation skills. A lecture was given on how to make a great presentation in terms of conception, structure, slide design, key points, time control, etc. A presentation with few but valuable points, clear structure and coherent logic is more likely to be memorized by the audience. After the lecture, participants were divided into two groups and encouraged to deliver presentations with the skills they mastered just now. 


 

“展示匯報技巧”課


  此外,學員們還走出課堂,到宜興市博物館、中國陶瓷博物館、前墅龍窯現場學習。手工制作也是本次培訓班的一大亮點。經過基礎培訓后,學員們自己設計和制作均陶盤和紫砂壺,體驗當地特色工藝。這些作品成為培訓班送給學員們的獨一無二的禮物。


  Moreover, participants visited Yixing Museum, China Ceramic Museum and Dragon Kiln in Qianshu to further study. Hands-on activity is also a highlight of this workshop. After basic training, participants designed and made their own ceramic plates and teapots to experience local craftsmanship. These works have all become unique gifts for them.

  培訓班的成功舉辦,得益于國際博協、中國博協和故宮博物院的一貫支持,更得益于宜興市政府、宜興市文體廣電和旅游局及宜興市博物館的鼎力配合。今后,培訓中心將繼續圍繞博物館藏品、展覽、教育及管理等方面開展更加豐富實用的主題培訓,為博物館同仁搭建良好的國際交流平臺,提供博物館領域最前沿的知識和信息,促進世界范圍內尤其是亞太地區博物館的長期蓬勃發展。


  The workshop owes its success to the continued support from the ICOM, ICOM China, Palace Museum and the close cooperation of Yixing Municipal People's Government, Yixing Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports, Radio and Television, and Yixing Museum. In the future, the ICOM-ITC will continue to develop more diverse and practical training workshops under the themes of collection, exhibition, education and management, etc., build an effective international platform for exchange among museum professionals, and equip them with cutting-edge museum knowledge and information, which aims to promote museum development around the world, especially in the Asian-Pacific region.
